Hands-Down my best experience with a carpet cleaner ever!

I’ve used a variety of carpet cleaners over the years and have had a variety of results. From satisfactory to not so much. Hands-down, Preferred Carpet has been my best experience ever. I selected them based on the description they provided – “The most thorough carpet cleaner ever”, and like the fact that Kevin Thompson, the owner, said he does all his own cleaning so customers don’t have to worry about inexperienced employees being sent out to clean. My experience was that this was not just hype. Unlike some other cleaners I’ve had in the past whose objective seemed to be how quickly they could get through the house, Kevin seemed to take the necessary time and attention to detail to get things done right. I have multiple pets and it was a longer than normal time since I last had the carpet cleaned, so I’m sure this was not the easiest job every. I was very pleased with everything, and won’t hesitate to use them again. I give them highest marks.

Fantastic! Very thorough cleaning! Moved furniture that he could and cleaned around it, put it back with placers under the legs so as to not hurt the carpet. Very courteous, very responsive to my phone calls and requests. Will use him again next time for sure.

The Carpet Looks New. No kidding! It looks fabulous now.

The carpet in our living area and hallway was in very bad shape. One person recommend we should just retire it and replace it. Not wanting to go that route, I called Preferred Carpet.
